Segmental Block Retaining Wall at Claremount Road, Halifax (2019)

A range of various reinforcement methods where used in this project included concrete backfill, geogrid reinforced backfill and Stabilisure Geopins. These where used in areas where there was a no-dig zone behind the wall. With the geopins the temporary cut slope was able to be safely made at a near-vertical angle. This project was completed in approximately 2-3 weeks.
